Return and Refund Policy

TinyBee follows a friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. we are always with you before and after your purchase.

We request you to kindly check description for size/properties of the product before ordering. Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

  1. Order Cancellation
    1. Orders once placed can only be cancelled until the items are shipped from our warehouse, after which cancellations will not be possible.
    2. Kindly mail us at info@tinybee.toys for cancellation. No Cancellation is allowed after dispatch.
    3. Bank processing charges for the cancelled order will be borne by the customer in case of order cancellation.
  2. Return or Replacement Conditions
    1. Returns or Replacement will only be possible if they meet one of the below conditions:
      1. The item(s) you ordered differs from the item delivered to you.
      2. The item delivered to you is defective or damaged.
    2. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days to initiate the returns or replacement process.
    3. Please record and share product video that is showing damage with us. Without an opening video, we will be unable to assist you in any kind of issue situation.
    4. Once you initiate the process we will take 3-4 working days to process your return and analyse the case. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning the product to our store/warehouse for return or replacement.
    5. Replacement if any, is provided within same product. Customer will be issued a return, in case the desired the product is not in stock.
    6. Replacement is allowed once per order. Extra Shipping Charges will be applicable for replacement.
    7. All sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable.
    8. The actual video of the product with repackaging showing items is to be shared.
    9. In few cases, for some pin codes, if there is no reverse product pickup facility by the courier provider for a location. customers are requested to send product yourself.
    10. Any customised product, which is made as per customers instructions are not eligible for exchanges, we request you to be careful while ordering for name customised product.
    11. If customer does not handover the product within 3-4 days from the date of the return / exchange request being raised, the request will be cancelled from our end.
  3. Transit Damage
    1. If the package seems damaged, record an opening video.
    2. Opening Video is Must: record opening video of the Parcel and show the item clearly and if found damaged please initiate the return or replacement request. Without an opening video we will be unable to assist you in any kind of issue situation. Kindly mail at info@tinybee.toys with opening video attached.
    3. Please take pictures of the product/ its packaging in all cases to aid the returns or Replacement process. In the above cases, we will ship you a replacement free of charge once the details of the case are verified by us.
  4. Return or Replacement will not be possible if,
    1. Replacement is not accepted if customer does not like the product or color of the product. We try to source best quality product and all product details are mentioned in the product description. We would request you to please read all details before placing the order.
    2. The product has been used or tried out by you.
    3. The product shows signs of wear and tear, usage, and is not in the condition that it was delivered to you.
    4. Any product whose packaging has been destroyed will not be returnable.
    5. All products to be returned in their original packaging including all manuals/cards dispatched originally.
    6. If any products are missing any tags/packaging elements will not be returnable.
  5. Return/Refund
    1. Refunds in case a product is not available, will be credited in 5-10 working days generally in the same payment mode depending on bank timeline.
  6. Process of Return or Replacement

    3. We will get back to you within 24 working hrs.
